Participants to the 5NWCR can pre-register online by submitting the duly accomplished registration form thru email addressed to E.Nogales@census.gov.ph and remittance of fee thru Over-the-Counter (OTC) collection service of the Philippine National Bank. Simply fill in PNB Bills Payment Form in three (3) copies, 1 copy for the bank, 1 copy for NSO, the other 1 for your file, with the following information:

Bank remittance of registration fee shall be up to August 2, 2010 only. Thereafter, payment shall be accepted at the SMX Convention Center.

Participants are advised to present on August 3, 2010 copy of their PNB validated deposit slip at the 5NWCR Registration Counter, SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City, for the issuance of the corresponding Official Receipt and workshop kit.

The following checks are not acceptable payment to PNB: Out-of-town checks, regional checks, postal money orders, checks drawn on banks not covered by PCHC and BSP regional clearing facilities, checks payable to cash or bearer and second endorsed checks.
