The National Statistics Office - Office of the Civil Registrar General will conduct the Fourth National Workshop on Civil Registration (4NWCR) with the theme: "Tamang Rehistro, Daan sa Kinabukasan Mo". This will be held on August 25-27, 2008 at the Davao Convention and Trade Center, Davao City.

We are pleased to invite you and your City/Municipal Civil Registrar to the above mentioned workshop.

The workshop aims to provide an avenue for exchange of ideas and sharing of experiences for the civil registrars, mayors, members of the judiciary, and other stakeholders concerning the implementation of civil registration system in the Philippines. Likewise, issues and concerns of the following stakeholders will be discussed:

1. Philippine Medical Records Association
2. Philippine Midwive's Association
3. Sharia'h Courts
4. National Commission of Indigenous People
5. Judiciary
